"But he who works deeds of righteousness, and has faith, will have no fear of harm nor of any curtailment (of what is his due)" (QS 20 [Thaha]:112)

Some of us, still these days are afraid of doing something good that is definitely told by Allah SWT and written in the Holy Qur'an. For example, some of us, moslem women are still afraid to wear hijab eventhough it is told by Allah in surah An Nuur verse 30-31:
" Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: and God is well acquainted with all that they do. And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards God, that ye may attain Bliss."

If the good deeds are obviously written and stated in the Holy Qur'an then it is a must that we oblige to do it. And Allah SWT promises that if we willing to do the righteous deed with faith, Allah SWT will guard us and we will be safe. The promise of Allah SWT for men and women who always do the righteous deeds in faith is also written in His verse:
"Whoever works righteousness, man or woman, and has Faith, verily, to him will We give a new Life, a life that is good and pure and We will bestow on such their reward according o the best of their actions." (QS 16 [An Nahl]:97)

Therefore, don't be afraid to do righteous deeds in faith and under the right knowledge, that is Al Qur'an and As Sunnah because Allah SWT will multiply our good deeds with another good deeds so we will be living in a good and secure life.

Wallahu a'lam bishawab.
